Temperature Control System
Whether increasing or decreasing temperature, the fully automated Temperature Control System (TCS) can deal with 1 or more tonnes of production volume per hour and has the ability to vary the retention time of individual products all at the press of a button.
The IBEX TCS enhances overall product quality during freezing, chilling or heating, while simultaneously sorting and organizing multiple product types into pallet lots. The TCS, with a vertical distributor is able to sort up to 80% of an entire day’s production, all from a single in-feed conveyor.
The integrated production buffer within the TCS ensures system uptime, allowing the entire processing system to operate irrespective of complications up or downstream, without affecting the total system output.
The TCS has the ability to simultaneously handle a range of differing product types with differing retention times, discharging them when the dwell time of the product has been reached - thus minimizing the energy requirements and maximizing equipment utilization – for more information contact IBEX.
