Integrated Sorting System
The ISS is an innovative automatic sorting solution which, as an optional extra on the TCS, can be easily integrated to remove all manual sorting. Designed specifically to be integrated within the TCS, thus requiring almost no extra floor space, the ISS can sort large volume production automatically and accurately, removing the need for a separate sorting system.
In limited cases it is possible to retrofit existing freezing systems with the IBEX ISS to deliver improved sorting ability. However it is only in conjunction with the IBEX Temperature Control System (TCS) that the high levels of accurate and automatic sorting can be achieved.
The ISS delivers one of the most cost effective, automatic sorting solutions available to processors. The ISS is a fully integrated system which significantly reduces labour costs, handles multiple product lines, sorts production by either product type or customer order and works in conjunction with the IBEX TCS.
