IBEX Integrated Sorting System (ISS)

IBEX offer the world first fully integrated temperature change sorting system, a revolutionary patented design enabling the full automation of product sorting and tracking into the freezing and chilling process.

IBEX will handle your temperature change requirements and simultaneously sort, store and stack your product ready for dispatch. This integration of tasks to happen concurrently and the automation of manual product handling is the key to saving valuable time, space and money, providing the difference between a viable and nonviable operation. 

• IBEX can eliminate up to 80% of post production labour, through automated sorting to any predetermined output. concurrent to the freezing/chilling process. The removal of manual sorting and box handling significantly reduces product damage, forklift damage, incorrect order picking and other manual related costs.

• IBEX can reduce up to 40% of energy consumption in freezing and chilling systems through new patented technology. 

• IBEX systems provide full product tracking and product access. You can sort to code, container, customer order or any other predetermined output. With a full inventory management system additional cold storage or order picking requirements are removed. Through full stock visibility and product access, reduced inventory holding requirements and faster stock turns are possible.
