What are the Terms and Conditions?
  • Offer is valid from 1st June until further notice
  • Cable lifetime guarantee subject to IBEX standard (or Extended) warranty terms and conditions
  • Offer valid with the purchase of new and complete IBEX Electric Trimming Systems only
  • The IBEX Drive Cable Guarantee covers the IBEX Cable, the cable mounting, the cable plug and the cable fittings (Part numbers 90283L, 90283M, or 90283S)
  • The IBEX DriveCable Guarantee covers only damage and/or wear that occur during normal operation.
  • If a cable is subjected to intentional abuse – such as being cut, or severed, this would make the guarantee void
  • Where intentional abuse voids a claim, replacement cables are still able to be ordered as a separate part with the standard part number
  • Should cable damage occur as a result of normal operating conditions, IBEX will replace the cable at no charge
  • Customers requiring a replacement need to refer to the “How Do I make a Guarantee Claim?” section above
  • Where replacement cable is required, IBEX will supply the replacement in accordance with standard delivery terms
  • The IBEX Lifetime Trimmer Drive Cable Guarantee is valid for the lifetime of the IBEX Electric Trimming System, for first use – the offer is not transferable to second and subsequent owners
