Its really a very simple idea - if your cable wears, or breaks.... we replace it... at no charge

Contact your distributor first to let them know of the problem you are experiencing
If your Distributor is an IBEX Certified Agent, they will take care of the rest

Cable lifetime guarantee subject to IBEX standard (or Extended) warranty terms and conditions
Offer valid with the purchase of new and complete IBEX Electric Trimming Systems only
The IBEX Drive Cable Guarantee covers the IBEX Cable, the cable mounting, the cable plug and the cable fittings (Part numbers 90283L, 90283M, or 90283S)
The IBEX DriveCable Guarantee covers only damage and/or wear that occur during normal operation.
If a cable is subjected to intentional abuse – such as being cut, or severed, this would make the guarantee void
Where intentional abuse voids a claim, replacement cables are still able to be ordered as a separate part with the standard part number
Should cable damage occur as a result of normal operating conditions, IBEX will replace the cable at no charge
Customers requiring a replacement need to refer to the “How Do I make a Guarantee Claim?” section above
Where replacement cable is required, IBEX will supply the replacement in accordance with standard delivery terms
The IBEX Lifetime Trimmer Drive Cable Guarantee is valid for the lifetime of the IBEX Electric Trimming System, for first use – the offer is not transferable to second and subsequent owners
