Meat & Livestock Australia Limited (MLA) and IBEX in a joint research and development (R&D) project using the latest technology, developed the IBEX Electric Trimming System, utilizing low voltage on the processing floor and deliver to the meat processing industry a range of benefits including greater safety, improved ergonomics, more flexibility, power and better overall performance.
MLA is a producer-owned company that provides services to livestock producers, processors, exporters, foodservice operators and retailers. Their core activities are building demand for Australian red meat, improving market access for our products and conducting R&D to provide competitive advantages for the industry.
